I have2 neighbors who are retired city employees. One gets a pension of 68.5K this year, the other gets 108.5K. Both have their property taxes frozen, get free medical from the city, and pay no state income tax. And yet they cry poverty. Not only am I paying my fair share, I’m paying theirs as well. If you make 108,500 you can damned well pay income tax on it.
