There is no mention… Is this money needed for capital spending or operational spending or emergency spending? The lack of disclosure on the use for the cash is just as disturbing. They need to run this railroad at a profit, even if that means raising rates, outsourcing maintenance, cutting unprofitable routes and personnel.
